The fullest expression of the Inner Tide approach within a single afternoon or evening. Time is given to conversation, to settling, to guided presence, and to bodywork that is individually shaped around what has been discussed.

An extended session for those who want time to be genuinely abundant. Preparation is longer, the bodywork is more spacious, and there is real time afterwards to rest before returning to the day.
